Early Redemption Determination Date definition

Early Redemption Determination Date means the date five Business Days prior to the date, if any, upon which the Company issues a notice of redemption of the CVRs prior to the Maturity Date pursuant to Section 301(d).
Early Redemption Determination Date means the first Scheduled Trading Day (other than November 7, 2006 and the Valuation Date) on which the Relative Performance is less than -70%.

  • Mandatory Redemption Amount means an amount per ETP Security calculated by the Determination Agent equal to the greater of:

  • Make-whole Redemption Rate means (i) the average of the four quotations given by the Reference Dealers of the mid-market annual yield to maturity of the Reference Security on the fourth Business Day preceding the Make-whole Redemption Date at 11:00 a.m. (Central European Time ("CET")) ("Reference Dealer Quotation") or (ii) the Reference Screen Rate, as specified in the relevant Final Terms.
