Early Redemption Event Determination Date means (i) a date on which the Trustee declares the Notes due and repayable in accordance with Condition 10 or (ii) the date on which an Early Redemption Event Notice is delivered by the Calculation Agent (on behalf of the Issuer) to the Notice Agent and, as long as the Notes are in global form, to the Clearing System.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, if: (i) an Event of Default occurs and the Notes are declared due and payable in accordance with Condition 10 at any time prior to the Scheduled Maturity Date; or (ii) an Early Redemption Event Determination Date occurs at any time on or after the Issue Date up to and including the Latest Determination Time, the Notes will be redeemed at their Early Redemption Amount on the Early Redemption Date in accordance with paragraph 30.

  • For the purposes hereof, each Note’s pro rata share of the Unwind Value shall be determined by reference to the outstanding nominal amount of such Note as a proportion of the aggregate of the outstanding nominal amount of all Notes outstanding as at the Early Redemption Event Determination Date.
