Earned leave due definition
Earned leave due means the amount of privilege leave/earned leave to the credit of an officer under the rules previously in force on the day immediately preceding the date on which these rules came into force plus the earned leave calculated as prescribed in these rules diminished by the amount of earned leave taken after the date on which these rules came into force.
Earned leave due means the amount of earned leave to the credit of an employee on the date of commencement of these regulations under the rules in force prior to that date plus the amount of earned leave calculated under regulation 21 diminished by the amount of earned leave taken on or after the commencement of these regulations;
