Xxxxxxxxx Building south towards Xxxxxx and the sidewalk on the south side of Xxxxxxxx Xxxx. The University will review with the Neighborhood Advisory Committee any proposed subsequent ground floor use of the 000 X. Xxxxxxxxx Building, provided that any retail and/or food service use of said ground floor shall require the Neighborhood Advisory Committee’s prior approval as to the food service and/or to the type of retail.
