Economic Beneficiary definition
Economic Beneficiary means any “Economic beneficiary” of the Borrower within the meaning of the Geldwäschegesetz (in English, the German Money Laundering Act). Economic Beneficiary Statement means a statement regarding Economic Beneficiaries pursuant to § 1, section 6 of the Geldwäschegesetz (in English the German Money Laundering Act) for the time being in the form set out in Schedule 13 to this Agreement.
