Economically Burdensome definition
Economically Burdensome has the meaning given to that expression in the Financial Schedule;
Economically Burdensome means any change in any Variable Assumption which results or is likely to result in the net present value benefit of the Lease to the Lessee over the Primary Period anticipated at the Delivery Date and as notified by the Lessee in writing to the Lessor on or before the Delivery Date decreasing by more than thirty five per cent (35%);
Economically Burdensome shall be determined for any date in accordance with the following:
