Economy class definition

Economy class means, in respect of air travel, economy class or, for flights longer than 9 hours, cost-efficient premium economy class as authorised by the Executive Secretary and in accordance with Secretariat travel policy.
Economy class air travel shall mean a class of air travel which is less than business or first class.
Economy class means a class of air travel that is less than business or first class.

  • For Premium Economy Class, the fare brands are: Premium Economy Lowest and Premium Economy Flexible.

  • Flights upgraded to Premium Economy Class, Business Class and First Class with a BenefitUpgrade are governed by the conditions for Premium Economy Class, Business Class and First Class flights (e.g. minimum duration of stay, baggage regulations, check-in times, use of the lounge, etc.).

  • Floating Rate Classes The Classes designated as either “Floating Rate” or “Inverse Floating Rate” in the Prospectus Supplement.

  • New Class Loans shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.08(f).

  • S&P Industry Classification The S&P Industry Classifications set forth in Schedule 2 hereto, which industry classifications may be updated at the option of the Collateral Manager if S&P publishes revised industry classifications.

  • Moody’s Industry Classification means the industry classifications set forth in Schedule 4 hereto, as such industry classifications shall be updated at the option of the Servicer if Moody’s publishes revised industry classifications. The determination of which Moody’s Industry Classification to which an Obligor belongs shall be made in good faith by the Servicer.

  • Class” or “Classes means any class or classes of Shares as may from time to time be issued by the Company;

  • Backward Classes means any socially and educationally Backward Classes of citizens recognized by the Government for purpose of clause (4) of article 15 of the Constitution of India;

  • Class B-4 Optimal Principal Amount As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (I) the sum, as to each Outstanding Mortgage Loan, of the product of (x) the Non-PO Fraction with respect to such Mortgage Loan and (y) the sum of:
