ECS Mandate definition

ECS Mandate means the mandate required to be provided by the Borrower to the Lender to enable the Lender to afford credit to its accounts through ECS.

  • ECS Mandate form/ Cancelled cheque leaf of the claimant, any other document as may be sought by the Company III.

  • The Bidders are also required to submit ECS Mandate Form as enclosed in Annexure-VII.

  • Members having shares in dematerialized form are requested to notify all changes with respect to their change in email ID, ECS Mandate and bank details to the Depository Participant.

  • ECS Mandate Form is enclosed (Annexure A) for immediate use of investors.

  • Clinical nurse specialist means a registered nurse with relevant post-basic qualifications and 12 months’ experience working in the clinical area of his/her specified post-basic qualification, or a minimum of four years’ post-basic registration experience, including three years’ experience in the relevant specialist field and who satisfies the local criteria.

  • Foreign-going vessel means any vessel other than a coastal vessel.
