Edge Device definition

Edge Device means a server that is provided and maintained by CRISP and associated with Participant’s System, which will hold a copy of all Data of Participant which is available through the HIE and will be utilized for processing of Messages. Participant shall have control over the Edge Device and retain custody and control of the Data maintained in the Edge Device as specified in Section 1.02 of the Terms and Conditions (Exhibit B).
Edge Device means any dedicated processing or networking device that is located closer to the client machines rather than being in the backbone of the network. An edge device primarily enables a local user to connect and transfer data to a network, which is external or is non-propriety to the organization/user. An edge device serves as the entry point into a service provider, carrier or an enterprise primary network.
Edge Device means Crown Castle Equipment which can be physical or virtual and is part of the Product solution.

Examples of Edge Device in a sentence

  • For purposes of this Agreement, the Edge Device will be deemed a part of Participant’s System but CRISP will be responsible for the provision of the Edge Device and its compliance with the confidentiality and security of Data held on the Edge Device in accordance with the same standards and requirements that are applicable to the HIE under this Agreement.

  • Except to the extent such restrictions are not permitted under applicable law, Licensee agrees not to modify, adapt, alter, decompile, disassemble, reverse assemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive source code for the Edge Device, Software or any other aspect of the Product.

  • If you become aware of any of the following actual or potential events you shall promptly pro-vide us with reasonable information and assistance regarding their mitigation and resolution: (i) unauthorized use of your Account; (ii) loss or theft of your Account information; (iii) circumstances or incidents affecting the security of the Platform, any Edge Device or Services; and (iv) measures by authorities or court decisions specifically relating to your use of Services which may affect the Services.

  • Participant will provide, through Participant’s Edge Device, a response that complies with these Terms and Conditions and Applicable Law to a Message that seeks Data for Permitted Purposes under Section 3.02.

  • A subscription for the Industrial Edge Management License entitles Customer during the Subscription Term to have its Authorized Users connect, onboard, and manage one single Industrial Edge Device with the Industrial Edge Management Software.

  • A subscription for the Mendix Device License entitles Customer during the Subscription Term to have its Authorized Users deploy, install, and use an unlimited number of Industrial Edge Apps developed with Mendix on an Industrial Edge Device, subject to the Industrial Edge Device’s technical resources and limitations; in each case provided that, the Industrial Edge Device is managed by an Industrial Edge Management Software.

Edge Device means a hardware product capable of running the IE RT Software and of being managed by the IE Management Software.
