Edible goods definition
Edible goods means any food prepared for immediate human consumption and shall include pre-packaged food items, pre-prepared food items, and on-site prepared food items for immediate human consumption. Edible goods shall not include food that is intended to be prepared by the purchaser prior to human consumption.
