Education Assistants. Education Assistants shall be paid in accordance with Schedule C. Advancement shall be determined by documented college credits or clock hours as described in Section 26.1. Lane changes shall occur on October 15 or March 1. Proof of accrual received in Human Resources by October 15 shall entitle the employee to lane advancement retroactive to the start of the contract year.
