Education facility definition

Education facility means an individual or entity that has been issued a license by the Department to operate a facility providing training and education to individuals involving the cultivation, growing, harvesting, curing, preparing, packaging, or testing of medical marijuana, or the production, manufacture, extraction, processing, packaging, or creation of medical-marijuana-infused products or medical marijuana products for the limited education and research purposes permitted under state and federal law and these Rules; to transfer, by sale or donation, medical marijuana grown within its operation to licensed research licensees; and to transfer to licensed testing laboratories.
Education facility means land, buildings, or structures used for providing academic, commercial, or curriculum-based educational services. Electric Vehicle Charging Stationmeans a vehicle parking space that is served by battery charging equipment that has as its primary purpose the transfer of electric energy to a battery or other energy storage device in an electric or hybrid vehicle. Emergency Preparedness Kioskmeans a container or other type of structure intended solely for use in response to natural disasters, diseases or other emergencies, and used for storage of emergency supplies such as bottled water, canned foods, clothing, bedding, and first aid supplies.
Education facility as used in this Act shall mean a replacement high school to be located on the existing site of John F. Kennedy High School in Tumon.
