Educational advancement means the amount of hours achieved or degrees awarded in an approved university program. i. Credit for educational advancement shall be granted in proportion to the FTE status of each teacher for the contract year in question except for the 13 teachers granted full educational advancement by the School Board on February 11, 1997.
