Educational Software means Licensed Products identified as “Priced for Education,” “Student Edition,” “Schools Edition,” “Schools Advanced Edition,” “University Edition,” “Professor’s Edition/Version” or “Academic Edition/Version,” or otherwise designated as educational or academic licenses.

Educational Software means the software developed or licensed by CEP for use by Students in the classroom of a CEP School, including documentation, updates, revisions and related materials and accompanying security devices.

  • If the Software accompanying this agreement is Educational Software Product (Software manufactured and distributed for use by only Educational End Users), you are not entitled to use the Software unless you qualify in your jurisdiction as an Educational End User.

  • Commercial and general production use of Educational Software Products is specifically prohibited.

  • Educational Software Products may be used for educational and research purposes only.

  • You may use the Educational Software Product only for educational and research purposes.

  • Without limitation, non-educational research or funded educational research conducted using the facilities of an academic institution or under an academic name does not qualify as “educational purposes” and use of Educational Software for such purposes represents a violation of the terms of this Agreement.

  • If the Software is Educational Software Product (Software manufactured and distributed for use by only Educational End Users), you are not entitled to use the Software unless you qualify in your jurisdiction as an Educational End User.

  • Commercial and general production use of Educational Software Products are specifically prohibited.

  • If the Product You have received with this Agreement is an Educational Software Bundle (where the Product is received by virtue of Your participation in a Foxit program designed for educational or research institutions, or is provided by Foxit to You under some other arrangement), You are not entitled to use the Product unless You are an employee or student of such educational institution.

  • Please see specific exceptions and additional terms related to GeoMedia Viewer Software, Beta Software, Evaluation Software, and Educational Software set forth at the Addendum to this ▇▇▇▇.

  • If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT you have received with this ▇▇▇▇ is Educational Software Product (where either an education price is paid for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is received by virtue of your participation in an Intergraph program designed for educational or research institutions, or is received through an education grant from Intergraph), you are not entitled to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT unless you qualify in your jurisdiction as an Educational End User.

Educational Software means all or part of the RayStation® software, as provided by RaySearch in accordance with the Quotation, and associated materials and Documentation.

Related to Educational Software

  • Business Software means with respect to a Licensor, all Software to the extent Controlled by such Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date, which Software is reasonably required as of the Effective Date for the conduct of (i) the Agriculture Business if the Licensee is AgCo, including as listed on section (i) of Schedule Q, or (ii) the Materials Science Business if the Licensee is MatCo, including as listed on section (ii) of Schedule Q, in each case (in respect of the foregoing (i) and (ii)), only if and to the extent such Licensee and its Affiliates have not been granted a license or other rights to use such Software under the Separation Agreement or any other Ancillary Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Business Software expressly excludes any and all Excluded IP.

  • Software means (a) all computer programs, including source code and object code versions, (b) all data, databases and compilations of data, whether machine readable or otherwise, and (c) all documentation, training materials and configurations related to any of the foregoing.

  • Public Software means any Software that contains, or is derived in any manner (in whole or in part) from, any software that is distributed as free software, open source software (e.g., Linux) or similar licensing or distribution models, including, without limitation, software licensed or distributed under any of the following licenses or distribution models, or licenses or distribution models similar to any of the following: (A) GNU’s General Public License (GPL) or Lesser/Library GPL (LGPL), (B) the Artistic License (e.g., PERL), (C) the Mozilla Public License, (D) the Netscape Public License, (E) the Sun Community Source License (SCSL), (F) the Sun Industry Standards License (SISL), (G) the BSD License, and (H) the Apache License.
