Educational Tour definition

Educational Tour means a tour conducted on the premises of a licensed brewery for the purpose of educating attendees on the process of formulating, mixing, fermenting, processing, packaging, and shipping Alcoholic Beverages produced at the licensed facility.

  • Educational Tour Operators are not authorized to make any representations, warranties, or agreements on behalf of the school which are not solely contained in printed material produced by Oxford International Education Group.

  • No waiver of any breach of any provision of this Educational Tour Operator Agreement will be deemed to be a waiver of any subsequent breach of that provision.

  • The Educational Tour Operator shall be responsible for the observance and performance by such persons of the Relevant Terms, and shall be directly liable to OIET for any breach by such persons of any of the Relevant Terms.
