Educator Misconduct definition
Educator Misconduct means unprofessional or criminal conduct; conduct that renders the educator unfit for duty; or conduct that is a violation of standards of ethical conduct, performance, or professional competence as provided in R277-515.

Charter schools shall report to the Office of Educator Misconduct, within the Office of Educator Licensure of the Mississippi Department of Education, license holders who engage in unethical conduct relating to an educator/student relationship (Rule 6.5).
