EEA Controller to Processor SCCs means the clauses set out at Appendix 1.
EEA Controller to Processor SCCs means the standard contractual clauses between controllers and processors, as approved by the European Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 of 4 June 2021, as they are to apply to this DPA (as amended, updated or replaced by the European Commission from time to time).
