EEW KIT PATENT definition
EEW KIT PATENT means that certain device, presently used by the Company, which allows work on an electrical distribution panel without shutting off the power to panel. Other than the rights owned by Intel Corporation pursuant to that certain Ownership Agreement dated December 11, 1997, neither Mr. Hoppensteadt nor Switchboard have granted or licensed any ownership rights or rights to use the EEW Kit to any other party.
