Effect on Agreement. Except as specifically required to implement the purposes of this Addendum, or to the extent inconsistent with a material term of this Addendum, all other terms of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Effect on Agreement. The Agreement shall continue in full force and effect as amended by this Amendment. From and after the date hereof, all references to the Agreement shall be deemed to mean the Agreement as amended by this Amendment.
Effect on Agreement. As of the Effective Date, this Amendment shall be effective to amend the Agreement and to the extent of any conflict between the Agreement and this Amendment, this Amendment shall control.
