Effective Date or Service Start Date definition
Effective Date or Service Start Date means, for each of the Services, the earlier of (i) the date on which you commence to use the Services, or (ii) the date Centre enters a ticket in ConnectWise that the installation of Services is complete as per the SOW/▇▇▇. These Services are deemed accepted by Customer unless Centre is provided with written notice to the contrary. Billing for the Services shall commence on the Effective Date and are set forth in Section 2 herein.
