Effective Resignation Date definition

Effective Resignation Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.2 of this Agreement.
Effective Resignation Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Clause 9.2(b). “Federal Civil Code” means the Federal Civil Code of Mexico.

Examples of Effective Resignation Date in a sentence

  • Upon the earlier of (i) the Effective Resignation Date or (ii) the appointment of a successor Agent or Security Agent by the Note Requisite Holders, Agent shall have no further obligations hereunder or pursuant to the applicable agreements.
