Efficiency Rate definition

Efficiency Rate means the measured round-trip efficiency rate of the Facility, expressed as a percentage, calculated pursuant to a Storage Capacity Test in accordance with Exhibit O.
Efficiency Rate means the rate of converting Energy In into Energy Out, as calculated by dividing Energy Out in the applicable month of the Delivery Term by Energy In in the same month of the Delivery Term, expressed as a percentage.
Efficiency Rate means the rate of conversion of the Charging Energy into Facility Energy calculated during a Capacity Test and based upon Energy In divided by Energy Out as set forth in Exhibit O.

Examples of Efficiency Rate in a sentence

  • The Final Test Plan from the Commercial Operation Test shall be used for the Efficiency Rate Test, unless the Parties agree otherwise in writing.

  • The Commercial Operation Test shall establish the initial level of Contract Capacity and Tested Round-Trip Efficiency Rate for purposes of calculating the Monthly Capacity Payment under Section 9.2.

  • Following the expiration of up to 24 hours after the end of such charging, the Scheduling Coordinator for the Project shall schedule the Project for discharging, at the Contract Capacity in an amount equal to the product of Charging Energytest multiplied by the Guaranteed Round-Trip Efficiency Rate.

  • At the start of the Efficiency Rate Test, the Stored Energy of the Energy Storage System shall be reduced to an amount equal or less than [20%] State of Energy, which Stored Energy amount (“Stored Energytest,0”) shall be recorded.

  • Once the Project has achieved its Initial Delivery Date, Buyer shall pay Seller a monthly capacity payment (the “Monthly Capacity Payment”), except that Buyer shall not be required to pay the Monthly Capacity Payment for any month in which the Equivalent Availability Factor is less than 0.90 or the Round-Trip Efficiency Rate Factor is less than Round-Trip Efficiency Rate Minimum Threshold.


More Definitions of Efficiency Rate

Efficiency Rate means the tested rate calculated pursuant to Sections II.I(2) and III(A) of Exhibit O by dividing Discharging Energy by Charging Energy and which for a given calendar month shall be prorated as necessary if more than one Efficiency Rate test has been conducted in such calendar month and different tested Efficiency Rates apply during such calendar month.

  • Delinquency Rate With respect to any calendar month, the fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate outstanding principal balance of all Mortgage Loans 60 days Delinquent or more (including all foreclosures, bankruptcies and REO Properties) as of the close of business on the last day of such month, and the denominator of which is the Pool Balance as of the close of business on the last day of such month.

  • Occupancy Rate means, for any Property, the percentage of the rentable area of such Property occupied by bona fide tenants of such Property or leased by tenants pursuant to bona fide tenant Leases, in each case, which tenants are not more than 60 days past due in the payment of all rent or other similar payments due under such Leases and paying rent.

  • Average Delinquency Ratio on any Payment Date means the average of the Delinquency Ratios for the preceding three calendar months.

  • Adjusted Eurodollar Rate means for any Interest Period with respect to any Eurodollar Loan, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/100 of 1.00%) equal to (a) the Eurodollar Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserves.

  • Recovery Rate means, in relation to any UK Four institution the percentage of the original face value of senior unsecured debt obligations of the affected UK Four institution, as derived by the Calculation Agent from either the ISDA Auction Final Price or the Market Value.

  • Turbidity means the cloudy condition of water due to the presence of extremely fine particulate materials in suspension that interfere with the passage of light.

  • Weighted Average Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate For any Distribution Date and Loan Group, the average of the Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate of each Mortgage Loan in that Loan Group, weighted on the basis of its Stated Principal Balance as of the Due Date in the prior month (after giving effect to Principal Prepayments in the Prepayment Period related to such prior Due Date).
