EIAP shall have the mean ascribed in Section 1.7(a)(xi).

Examples of EIAP in a sentence

  • Any federal agency that will provide property or services to the launch site operator may act as a cooperating agency in completing the EIAP.

  • The lead agency shall ensure that parties to this agreement that may act as cooperating agencies are provided an opportunity for early involvement in the EIAP.

  • The FAA shall act as a cooperating agency in completing the EIAP.

  • EIAP may be required for all performance locations IAW the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
