EIL Policy definition

EIL Policy shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(a)(x) hereof.
EIL Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.1.
EIL Policy means that certain Pollution Legal Liability Select (PLL Select) Policy Number 27781505 issued by Chards Specialty Insurance Company.

  • Primary Insurance Policy Each policy of primary mortgage guaranty insurance or any replacement policy therefor with respect to any Mortgage Loan.
