ELA Fee definition

ELA Fee means the fee set forth in the ELA Quotation.
ELA Fee means the fee set forth in Appendix B.  "ELA Maintenance" means Tier 2 Support, updates, and patches provided by Distributor for the Enterprise License Software and Rolled-In Software.

Examples of ELA Fee in a sentence

  • Annual maintenance fees for Unit-Priced Separately Orderable Item(s) are not included in the ELA Fee, and if ordered, additional fees shall apply.

  • The applicable ELA Fee and Schedule for the ELA Extension Term shall be as provided under Appendix B (ELA Fee and Schedule) to this ELA Extension Amendment.

  • Therefore, on the Extension Effective Date, Appendix B (ELA Fee and Schedule) of the Enterprise License Agreement Terms and Conditions that pursuant to the Original ELA applied during the Initial ELA Term shall be deemed deleted in its entirety and replaced with the Appendix B, attached to this ELA Extension Amendment.

  • City may optionally purchase one or more additional block(s) of Learning and Service Credits, as defined in Schedule 1, for each EAP subscription year, for which the applicable annual installment of the ELA Fee has been paid, at Esri Canada’s published EAP rates at the time of purchase.

  • Upon termination of this ELA by Esri for a material breach by Licensee, all licenses Deployed will also terminate, and if Licensee has not paid ELA Fees for that year, that annual ELA Fee will be due and payable within thirty (30) days from the date of termination.

  • During the term of this Agreement, and subject to payment of the ELA Fee described in this Appendix B, Ordnance Survey is entitled to receive one (1) Virtual Campus Premium Annual User License (XX XXX).

  • The applicable ELA Fee and Schedule for the 1st ELA Extension Term shall be as provided under Appendix B (ELA Fee and Schedule) to this 1st ELA Extension Amendment.

  • Year 1 Year 2 Year 3 ELA Fee *Unused technical advisory hours expire upon the expiration of the ELA Term.

  • New or additional Eligible Entities may be added only with the express prior written approval of Distributor and Esri and may increase the ELA Fee.

  • There shall be no reduction in the ELA Fee if an Eligible Entity's rights are terminated.

Related to ELA Fee

  • Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.

  • L/C Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(i).

  • Base Fee means the amount of compensation mutually agreed upon for the completion of Basic Services.

  • Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,

  • Annual Fee has the meaning stated in Section 4.02(a).

  • Hookup fee means a fee for the installation and inspection of any pipe, line,

  • Pupil fee means a fee, deposit or other charge imposed on pupils, or a pupil’s parents or guardians, in violation of Section 49011 of the Education Code and Section 5 of Article IX of the California Constitution, which require educational activities to be provided free of charge to all pupils without regard to their families’ ability or willingness to pay fees or request special waivers, as provided for in Hartzell v. Connell (1984) 35 Cal.3d 899. A pupil fee includes, but is not limited to, all of the following:

  • Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.

  • Target fee, as used in this contract, means the fee initially negotiated on the assumption that this contract would be performed for a cost equal to the estimated cost initially negotiated, adjusted in accordance with paragraph (d) of this clause.

  • Set-Up Fee means a fee paid by a consumer to an Agency for the establishment of the DMP.

  • Rental Fee A fee charged by the Contractor for the rental of a compactor or roll-off container.

  • Late Payment Fee means the excess of the Price Differential paid as a result of its calculation at the Post-Default Rate over the Price Differential as would have been calculated at the Pricing Rate.

  • Contract Fee means the lump sum rates as outlined in Schedule ‘B’ – Quote Form.

  • Royalty Fee “Royalty Fee” means a royalty fee in the amount of $0.00 of Actual Production payable by BC Hydro to the Province for each year of the Term in accordance with Article 6 of the Master Agreement.

  • Upfront Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.07 hereof.

  • Facility Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).

  • Initial Fee means any applicable one-off initial or installation fee, as may be stated in an Order;

  • Service Fee means a fee charged by us to you for the administration of your credit facility.

  • Break Fee means an amount to compensate a Proponent for some of the costs the Proponent had incurred in developing and submitting a Proposal in the event that the RFP Process is cancelled, as determined by the Sponsors in accordance with RFP Section 10.3.3;

  • Tipping Fee means a fee or support price determined by the local authorities or any state agency authorised by the State government to be paid to the concessionaire or operator of waste processing facility or for disposal of residual solid waste at the landfill ;

  • Expense Fee As to each Mortgage Loan and any Distribution Date, the product of the Expense Fee Rate and its Stated Principal Balance as of that Distribution Date.

  • Permit Fee means a fee in an amount established by the SFMTA Board, required to be paid by a permit applicant for permit issuance or renewal, including any late payment penalties or interest for failure to pay in accordance with the requirements of this Article and any other regulations adopted by the SFMTA Board.

  • Utilization Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Annual Fees means the annual fees determined by the Council in terms of section 27;

  • Booking Fee is the fee an Agency charges for scheduling Sign Language Interpreters.

  • Membership Fee means the membership fee which the Core Member (or, in case of juvenile, through his or her legal parent or legal guardian) shall remit to the Company for enrollment of the Membership, which is to be discussed more particularly in detail under Clause 5.1.
