Annual maintenance fees for Unit-Priced Separately Orderable Item(s) are not included in the ELA Fee, and if ordered, additional fees shall apply.
The applicable ELA Fee and Schedule for the ELA Extension Term shall be as provided under Appendix B (ELA Fee and Schedule) to this ELA Extension Amendment.
