Elected Board Members definition

Elected Board Members means as set out in Rule 16.2;
Elected Board Members means those Board Members elected to the Board in accordance with clause 15

Examples of Elected Board Members in a sentence

  • The Board shall consist of up to six Elected Board Members together with up to two Employee Board Members.

  • If the number of candidates exceeds the number of vacancies the meeting shall elect the Elected Board Members by ballot in such a manner as the chair directs.

  • The fixed term shall be for a term of three annual general meetings unless the Board has set a lower number of annual general meetings for the relevant Elected Board Member at the first Board meeting following the Elected Board Member's election.

More Definitions of Elected Board Members
