Election Guidelines means the method and manner in which candidates are permitted to campaign for election as may be established by the Election Committee from time to time;
Election Guidelines means guidelines for Nominees and Candidates established by the Committee;

More Definitions of Election Guidelines

Election Guidelines means the method and manner in which nominees are permitted to campaign for election as may be established by the nominating committee;(m) “Non-Business Day” means Saturday, Sunday and any other day that is a holiday as defined in the Legislation Act, 2006;(n) “Recorded Address” means, in the case of a member or Shareholder, the member’s or Shareholder’s address as recorded in the members or securities register; and, in the case of joint members or Shareholders, the address appearing in the members or securities register in respect of such joint holding or the first address so appearing if there is more than one; and, in the case of a director, officer, auditor or member of a Committee,the person’s latest address as recorded in the records of the Credit Union;(o) “Related Person”, when used to indicate a relationship with any natural person, means: (i) a spouse of the person; (ii) any son or daughter of the person; or (iii) any relative by blood, marriage or adoption, of the person or of any person mentioned in sub-paragraphs (i) and (ii);(p) “Shares” means membership shares, patronage shares and any other shares issued by the Credit Union, unless a form of share is specifically excluded in the By-laws or the context otherwise requires;(q) “Shareholder” means a person who, according to the securities register of the Credit Union, is the owner of a Share of the Credit Union (other than a membership share) or is entitled to be entered in the securities register as the owner of a Share (other than a membership share);(r) “Signing Officer” means, in relation to any instrument, any person authorized to sign the same on behalf of the Credit Union by section 3.02 or by a resolution passed pursuant thereto;(s) “special resolution” means a resolution requiring two-thirds (2/3) or more of the votes cast in favour by the members or shareholders who voted in respect to that resolution to pass; and(t) all other terms contained in the By-laws and which are defined in the Act shall have the meanings given to such terms in the Act.

Unless otherwise specified, references to the Operating Guidelines shall be to the Operating Guidelines for the relevant Sub-Fund applicable at the time of the relevant Application.

  • Treasury guidelines means any guidelines on supply chain management issued by the Minister in terms of section 168 of the Act;

  • Risk-Based Capital Guidelines means (i) the risk-based capital guidelines in effect in the United States on the date of this Agreement, including transition rules, and (ii) the corresponding capital regulations promulgated by regulatory authorities outside the United States implementing the July 1988 report of the Basle Committee on Banking Regulation and Supervisory Practices Entitled "International Convergence of Capital Measurements and Capital Standards," including transition rules, and any amendments to such regulations adopted prior to the date of this Agreement.

  • Program Guide The Residential Funding Seller Guide for mortgage collateral sellers that participate in Residential Funding's standard mortgage programs, and Residential Funding's Servicing Guide and any other subservicing arrangements which Residential Funding has arranged to accommodate the servicing of the Mortgage Loans.

  • Anti-Corruption Guidelines means the “Guidelines on Preventing and Combating Fraud and Corruption in Projects Financed by IBRD Loans and XXX Credits and Grants”, dated October 15, 2006.

  • Fitch Guidelines means the guidelines, as may be amended from time to time, in connection with Fitch’s ratings of the VMTP Shares.

  • Consultant Guidelines means the “Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers” published by the Bank in May 2004 and revised in October 2006.

  • Commission Guidance means (i) any publicly available written guidance or rule of general applicability of the Securities and Exchange Commission staff or (ii) written comments, requirements or requests of the Securities and Exchange Commission staff to the Company in connection with the review of a Registration Statement.

  • Bidding Guidelines means the “Tariff Based Competitive-Bidding Guidelines for Transmission Service” and “Guidelines for Encouraging Competition in Development of Transmission Projects” issued by Government of India, Ministry of Power dated 13th April 2006 under Section – 63 of Electricity Act and as amended from time to time;

  • Guidelines means the Instructions to Authors available on the Xxxxxxx Science website, as well as the Aims & Scope applicable to the relevant Xxxxxxx Science publication). Xxxxxxx Science’s nominated service provider, Xxxxxxx Science, offers English language support services which Assignor may elect to utilise in respect of the Work by completing the applicable box in Schedule 1: Details of the Work. The provision of such services by Xxxxxxx Science shall be subject to Xxxxxxx 2 [v.122016] Science’s prevailing terms and rates relating to such type of optional support.

  • User Guide means such user guide or document issued or prescribed by us, through any medium, setting out instructions on the use of the EB Services;

  • Rating Agency Guidelines means the Fitch Guidelines and any Other Rating Agency Guidelines as they exist from time to time.
