Election Percentage definition

Election Percentage means with respect to any Electing Stockholder that has properly made and not revoked or lost an Election in accordance with Section 3.02, the percentage of cash (rounded to the nearest whole number) elected by such holder in such Election; provided, that such percentage shall not be greater than the Maximum Election Percentage.
Election Percentage means the percentage of the Director's Retainer Fees and the percentage of the Attendance Fees, whichever shall apply, foregone in lieu of the options elected to be acquired hereunder.
Election Percentage means the percentage of a Director's Attendance Fees and Optional Retainer Fees foregone in lieu of the Plan Shares elected to be acquired hereunder.

Examples of Election Percentage in a sentence

  • The Set Aside Volume Election may only be made as to the same Election Percentage, Subject Fields, and Delivery Months as set forth in the Preliminary Set Aside Notice, but shall contain any updated estimated amount, in Barrels per Day, that such Election Percentage is anticipated to represent (calculated in accordance with Section 2.1 (c)(iv) and (v)).

  • The actual Set Aside Volume, in Barrels per Day, for a given delivery Year shall equal the Election Percentage elected for such delivery Year multiplied by the Average Delivery Amount for the Year immediately preceding such delivery Year rounded to the nearest 1,000 Barrels per Day.
