Election Services definition

Election Services means the following individual Election Services provided by County’s Clerk’s Elections Division, if applicable:

Election Services means the duties, functions, obligations, and work required by Supervisor to conduct the Municipal Elections and any additional services agreed to by the Parties and provided for in a written amendment to this Agreement.

Examples of Election Services in a sentence

  • In providing the Election Services, Supervisor does not assume and expressly disclaims any designation or delegation as custodian of Municipality’s election records.

  • Municipality shall promptly provide any and all documents, information, and cooperation reasonably requested by Supervisor in connection with Supervisor’s performance of the Election Services and any other applicable duties and obligations under this Agreement.

  • Education Services means education and hostel facilities for students and scholars provided by -

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Subscription Services means SAP’s then-current subscription services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Administration Services means the services required for the effective and efficient administration of Bonitas and includes, but are not necessarily limited to, member record management, contribution management, benefit option management, claims processing and management, management of members’ personal, claims and financial information and any other services that are required for the administration of Bonitas;

  • Telecommunication Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Project Services means architectural, engineering services, land surveying, construction management at-risk services, ancillary technical services or other construction-related services determined by the board to be required by the project.

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.
