Election Time definition

Election Time has the meaning set forth in Section 4.17(d)(ii).
Election Time has the meaning specified in Section 3.4(d).
Election Time shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.12(g)(ii)

  • The Indemnified Party may assume responsibility for such defense if the Litigation Conditions are not satisfied, by written notice to the Indemnifying Party within the Election Time Period.

  • You may sign and return this Letter Agreement to the Company at any time on or before the Election Time, but the Company must actually be in receipt of it by the Election Time in order for this Letter Agreement to become effective.
