electoral constituency means a constituency prescribed for the purposes of section 54 of the Constitution;
electoral constituency means, for the purpose of having the Parliamentary elections, the boundaries determined by the Elections Commission in every administrative division as separate electoral constituencies as stipulated in Act No 1/2009 (Electoral Constituencies Act).
