At times an Operator may decide to install a system that may operate parallel to the HYRUM CITY ELECTRIC DEPARTMENT system only momentarily (normally less than 0.1 seconds).
In all cases the GF grounding system must not adversely impact HYRUM CITY ELECTRIC DEPARTMENT grounding or ground fault protective relaying.
However, when requested by HYRUM CITY ELECTRIC DEPARTMENT by telephone, in person, or in writing, the Operator must immediately stop operation and not resume operation until cleared by HYRUM CITY ELECTRIC DEPARTMENT to do so.
