Tenant shall pay to Landlord, from time to time, but no more frequently than monthly, for its Excess Electrical Usage at the Premises.
Sublandlord shall have the right to separately meter or submeter electrical usage for the Subleased Premises and to measure electrical usage by survey or other commonly accepted methods; if Subtenant is consuming in excess of Standard Electrical Usage, such meter or submeter will be installed at Subtenant’s cost.
