Electricity Products definition

Electricity Products means the electricity products identified in Schedule 4 (and in relation to individual Customers or Sites, such products as selected pursuant to the relevant Customer Contract) for the supply to the Customer Portfolio, including but not limited to electricity from sources, any rights, certificates or guarantees ancillary thereto and energy efficiency products. Electricity Products Customer Contract means the binding agreement entered into by the Supplier and a Customer in accordance with the provisions of this Framework Agreement for the provision of Electricity Products and Customer Administration Services which shall be substantially in the form set out in the model contract in Schedule 2A (including the alternative clauses specified in Schedule 2B where appropriate).
Electricity Products has the meaning given in the Framework Agreement; Site means a site(s) set out in Annex 1 to this Part 1 and with the half-hourly consumption data (in the case of Metering Points) and EAC (in the case of Unmetered Supply Points) identified in such Annex and Sites means all of them; Charges has the meaning given in the Framework Agreement; Payment method means **  [Note: to be nominated by Customer e.g. CHAPS]; Invoice format means **  [Note: to be nominated by the Customer e.g. excel spreadsheet]; Additional information to be included with invoice: [Note: to be nominated by the Customer including whether to be invoiced on an aggregate Supply Point basis or a Supply Point basis];

  • Time or Indexed Electricity Products: Maine regulations require that electricity suppliers, brokers and aggregators provide the following disclosure to customers regarding electricity products in which the prices paid by consumers vary with changes in wholesale electricity prices, other energy prices, or an energy price index.

Electricity Products. Each Electricity Product offered by the Supplier under this Framework Agreement is for the supply of the Electricity Product for a Year and is defined by reference to the following criteria: the date on which the Supplier shall begin to supply the Electricity Product, being either the first (1st) of April or the first (1st) of October each Year (Supply Start Date) (excluding electricity procured by way of an Interim Contract, which may be done at any time); the price of electricity supplied (in £/MWH) will be variable only (a Variable Product). Variable Products may have an Electricity Price that is variable annually or Monthly and must be purchased in accordance with Schedule 5, Paragraphs 3.1 and 3.2; the date on which Customers commit to the Authority, and the Supplier permits the Authority to procure the Electricity Products, being: thirty (30) Months (the Thirty Months Commitment Point); or the date on which Customers committed to the Authority and the Supplier permitted the Authority to procure Electricity Products under the Previous Framework Agreement, prior to the Supply Start Date of the Electricity Product or the Effective Date (the Commitment Point); and whether part of the volume of the Electricity Product is supplied to the Customers under a PPA. The Supplier shall enter into:
Electricity Products means the electric Capacity, Energy, and other products, such as Ancillary Services, related thereto that the Facilities produce or which are associated with the Facilities and which MMWEC hereby agrees to make available, or sell and deliver, or cause to be sold and delivered to ISO-NE, and the Participant hereby agrees to purchase, as specified in this Agreement, or as developed and incorporated into the ISO-NE Rules as of the Date of Commercial Operation or as thereafter defined by the ISO-NE Rules.

Related to Electricity Products

  • Electricity supplier means any person, including aggregators, market aggregators, brokers, and marketers, offering to sell electricity to retail customers in the state of Montana.

  • Electricity Services means the services associated with the provision of electricity to a person, including the exchange of electric energy, making financial arrangements to manage financial risk associated with the pool price, Distribution Access Service, system access service, ancillary services, billing, metering, performing load settlement and any other services specified in regulations made under the Act;

  • Electricity means Active Energy and Reactive Energy.

  • Electricity Supply Code means the Electricity Supply Code specified under section 50;

  • plant products means products of plant origin, unprocessed or having undergone simple preparation in so far as these are not plants, set out in Annex IV-A, Part 3 to this Agreement;

  • Electricity Laws means the Electricity Act, 2003 and the relevant rules, notifications, and amendments issued there under and all other Laws in effect from time to time and applicable to the development, financing, construction, ownership, operation or maintenance or regulation of electric generating companies and Utilities in India, the rules, regulations and amendments issued by CERC/ MERC from time to time.

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.

  • Fuel means any solid, liquid or gaseous combustible material;

  • Finished Services means complete end-to-end services offered by Qwest to wholesale customers or retail End User Customers. Finished Services do not include Unbundled Network Elements or combinations of Unbundled Network Elements. Finished Services include Access Services, private lines, retail services, and resold services.

  • Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.

  • Hemp products means all products made from industrial hemp,

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

  • Sewer System means pipelines or conduits, pumping stations, force mains, vehicles, vessels, conveyances, injection wells, and all other constructions, devices, and appliances appurtenant thereto used for conducting sewage or industrial waste or other wastes to a point of ultimate disposal or disposal to any water of the state. To the extent that they are not subject to section 402 of the federal Water Pollution Control Act, ditches, pipes, and drains that serve only to collect, channel, direct, and convey nonpoint runoff from precipitation are not considered as sewer systems for the purposes of this part of this division.

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • Manufacture means the production of products in a factory using labour, materials, components and machinery and includes other related value-adding activities.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Transportation Service means a service for moving people and goods, such as intercity bus service and passenger rail service.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.

  • Tobacco product means any substance containing tobacco leaf, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipe tobacco, hookah tobacco, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco, bidis, blunts, clove cigarettes, or any other preparation of tobacco; and any product or formulation of matter containing biologically active amounts of nicotine that is manufactured, sold, offered for sale, or otherwise distributed with the expectation that the product or matter will be introduced into the human body by inhalation; but does not include any cessation product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in treating nicotine or tobacco dependence.

  • Consumption of a chemical means its conversion into another chemical via a chemical reaction.

  • Transportation Services means travel assistance given to an individual

  • Transport Gas means the gas purchased by a Customer from a supplier other than KUB that Customer has arranged to have Delivered to KUB for delivery to the Customer by KUB.

  • Supply Licence means the licence granted to us under section 6(1)(d) of the Act;

  • Supply Business means the licensed business of the Licensee and anyaffiliate or related undertaking of the Licensee as a Supplier but shall not include the business carried out by the Board in its capacity as public electricity supplier;
