Electricity Products definition

Electricity Products has the meaning given in the Framework Agreement; Site means a site(s) set out in Annex 1 to this Part 1 and with the half-hourly consumption data (in the case of Metering Points) and EAC (in the case of Unmetered Supply Points) identified in such Annex and Sites means all of them; Charges has the meaning given in the Framework Agreement; Payment method means **  [Note: to be nominated by Customer e.g. CHAPS]; Invoice format means **  [Note: to be nominated by the Customer e.g. excel spreadsheet]; Additional information to be included with invoice: [Note: to be nominated by the Customer including whether to be invoiced on an aggregate Supply Point basis or a Supply Point basis];
Electricity Products means the electricity products identified in Schedule 4 (and in relation to individual Customers or Sites, such products as selected pursuant to the relevant Customer Contract) for the supply to the Customer Portfolio, including but not limited to electricity from sources, any rights, certificates or guarantees ancillary thereto and energy efficiency products. Electricity Products Customer Contract means the binding agreement entered into by the Supplier and a Customer in accordance with the provisions of this Framework Agreement for the provision of Electricity Products and Customer Administration Services which shall be substantially in the form set out in the model contract in Schedule 2A (including the alternative clauses specified in Schedule 2B where appropriate).
Electricity Products. Each Electricity Product offered by the Supplier under this Framework Agreement is for the supply of the Electricity Product for a Year and is defined by reference to the following criteria: the date on which the Supplier shall begin to supply the Electricity Product, being either the first (1st) of April or the first (1st) of October each Year (Supply Start Date) (excluding electricity procured by way of an Interim Contract, which may be done at any time); the price of electricity supplied (in £/MWH) will be variable only (a Variable Product). Variable Products may have an Electricity Price that is variable annually or Monthly and must be purchased in accordance with Schedule 5, Paragraphs 3.1 and 3.2; the date on which Customers commit to the Authority, and the Supplier permits the Authority to procure the Electricity Products, being: thirty (30) Months (the Thirty Months Commitment Point); or the date on which Customers committed to the Authority and the Supplier permitted the Authority to procure Electricity Products under the Previous Framework Agreement, prior to the Supply Start Date of the Electricity Product or the Effective Date (the Commitment Point); and whether part of the volume of the Electricity Product is supplied to the Customers under a PPA.   • Time or Indexed Electricity Products: Maine regulations require that electricity suppliers, brokers and aggregators provide the following disclosure to customers regarding electricity products in which the prices paid by consumers vary with changes in wholesale electricity prices, other energy prices, or an energy price index.

  • Within 3 Working Days of the Supplier invoicing Customers for the volume of Electricity Products supplied to them in a Month under their Supply Contracts, the Supplier shall provide the Authority with a statement which sets out the total amount of Commission which the Supplier has invoiced Customers for that Month (Monthly Statement).

  • To avoid any doubt, if the Supplier has not entered into a Supply Contract with the Existing Customer or does not have any agreement or arrangement in place under which the Supplier supplies electricity to that Existing Customer, the Supplier shall not supply Electricity Products to that Existing Customer.

  • The Supplier shall, in accordance with this Framework Agreement and any relevant Customer Contract: supply Electricity Products and Interim Supply to each Contracted Customer; provide the Electricity Procurement Services to the Authority; provide the Customer Administration Services to the Authority and each Contracted Customer; and provide the Partnering Services to the Authority.

  • The Supplier shall recover or repay Committed Customers the Monthly Reconciliation Amount (as the case may be) by adjusting the amount the Supplier invoices the Committed Customers for the supply of Electricity Products in the Month immediately following the Month in relation to which the Monthly Reconciliation Amount is calculated.

  • The Authority shall provide reasonable assistance to the Supplier in supplying Electricity Products and in providing Additional Goods, Works and Services to Customers.

  • The Supplier warrants that in entering into an Electricity Products Customer Contract it shall not materially alter the terms of this Framework Agreement.

Variable Products may have an Electricity Price that is variable annually or Monthly and must be purchased in accordance with Schedule 3, Paragraphs 3.3 and 3.4; the date on which Customers commit to the Authority and the Supplier permits the Authority to procure the Electricity Products, being: eighteen (18) Months (the Eighteen Months Commitment Point); six (6) Months (the Six Months Commitment Point), or the date on which Customers committed to the Authority and the Supplier permitted the Authority to procure Electricity Products under the Previous Framework Agreement; prior to the Supply Start Date of the Electricity Product or the Effective Date (the Commitment Point).
