Electrification Asset Usage Rate definition

Electrification Asset Usage Rate means, in respect of electrification asset usage, the rate per electrified kgtm on route type k as set out in the Track Usage Price List and, being an Indexed Figure, adjusted in accordance with paragraph 2.7.1 and 2.7.2;

Related to Electrification Asset Usage Rate

  • Wage Rate refers to an Employee’s hourly rate of pay reflected by the pay grade of her position and her step within that grade, as set out in the Wage Rate grid in Appendix II.

  • Repo Rate on any day means the highest interest rate available to a Lender from investment in overnight repurchase agreements.

  • Peak flow rate means the maximum instantaneous flow from a given storm condition at a particular location.

  • Borrowing Base Utilization Percentage means, as of any day, the fraction expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the sum of the Revolving Credit Exposures of the Lenders on such day, and the denominator of which is the Borrowing Base in effect on such day.

  • Flow rate means the rate at which water flows through pipes, valves and emission devices, measured in gallons per minute, gallons per hour, or cubic feet per second.

  • Reference Interest Rate means the interest rate which is used as the basis for calculating any interest to be applied and which comes from a publicly available source which can be verified by both parties to a payment service contract;
