Electronic Delivery System definition

Electronic Delivery System means an electronic device, commonly consisting of a heating element, battery, and electric circuit, that can be used to deliver nicotine or any other substance and uses inhalation to simulate smoking. Electronic Delivery System includes, without limitation, any electronic cigar, cigarette, cigarillo, pipe, or hookah, or other similar product, regardless of name or descriptor. Electronic Delivery System does not include any product specifically approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for use in the mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease and which is being used for that approved use.
Electronic Delivery System means ATCO's nominated web- based communications portal.

  • Each User shall have a valid username, password, and passcode for the purpose of accessing the Electronic Delivery System and the Content (the “Log-In Information”).

  • The Assignor allows the BRM Administrator to share information with AAFC and the Administrator via the APP Electronic Delivery System or an alternative method agreed upon by AAFC and the BRM Administrator.

  • By accessing the Electronic Delivery System and the Content, Users consent to receive such communications.

  • Electronic Delivery is defined in Section 7.1(a).

  • Electronic device means a personal computer, cell phone, smart phone, telephone, mobile device, wireless device, tablet or any other electronic device that we allow you to use to access the Services;

Electronic delivery device excludes drugs, devices, or combination products, as those terms are defined in the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, that are authorized for sale by the United States Food and Drug Administration.

  • Mobile electronic device means any hand-held or other portable electronic equipment capable of providing data communication between two or more individuals, including, but not limited to, a text messaging device, a paging device, a personal digital assistant, a laptop computer, equipment that is capable of playing a video game or a digital video disk, or equipment on which digital images are taken or transmitted.

  • Electronic Interface means access to operations support systems consisting of preordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair and billing functions.

  • Electronic filing system means the system used by the board's records and information center to accept and publish documents filed electronically and which allows the public and parties to view most documents filed with or issued by the board on the board's Web site.

  • Electronic System means any electronic system, including e-mail, e-fax, Intralinks®, ClearPar®, Debt Domain, Syndtrak and any other Internet or extranet-based site, whether such electronic system is owned, operated or hosted by the Administrative Agent and the Issuing Bank and any of its respective Related Parties or any other Person, providing for access to data protected by passcodes or other security system.

  • Electronic Defense Weapon means a weapon which by electronic impulse or current is capable of immobilizing a person temporarily, but is not capable of inflicting death or serious physical injury, including a stun gun or other conductive energy device.

  • Electronic Ticket means the Itinerary/Receipt issued by us or on our behalf, the Electronic Coupons and, if applicable, a boarding document.

  • Electronic device technology means any technology that involves microelectronics, semiconductors, electronic equipment, and instrumentation, radio frequency, microwave, and millimeter electronics; optical and optic-electrical devices; or data and digital communications and imaging devices.

  • Electronic Notice shall be deemed written notice for purposes of this Section 13 if sent to the electronic mail address specified by the receiving party under separate cover. Electronic Notice shall be deemed received at the time the party sending Electronic Notice receives verification of receipt by the receiving party. Any party receiving Electronic Notice may request and shall be entitled to receive the notice on paper, in a nonelectronic form (“Nonelectronic Notice”) which shall be sent to the requesting party within ten (10) days of receipt of the written request for Nonelectronic Notice.
