Electronic Dynamic means a sign utilizing electronic screens, televisions, computer video monitors, liquid crystal displays, light emitting diode displays, or any other similar electronic technology which displays information in a pre-arranged sequence, the content of which is animated or in motion and the intensity of illumination varies.
