Electronic Page definition

Electronic Page means, in respect of a datum, (1) an electronic page or source specified in respect of such datum in these Index Conditions; or (2) if no such electronic page or source has been so specified, such Bloomberg page or Reuters page or other widely-recognised source of financial data as the Index Calculation Agent may determine appropriate; or (3) in any case, any successor electronic page or source that has been designated by either (a) the sponsor of the original electronic page or source; or (b) the relevant information vendor or provider of the original electronic page or source; or (4) any alternative electronic page or source that may be designated by the Index Calculation Agent, provided that such electronic page or source is widely recognised by participants in the relevant market.
Electronic Page means, in respect of an Underlying and (if applicable) any component of such Underlying (however described in the relevant Underlying Asset Schedule), the electronic page or source specified for such Underlying or such component, as the case may be, under Electronic Page in Annex 2, or either (i) any successor electronic page or source or information vendor or provider that has been designated by the sponsor of the original electronic page or source; or (ii) if such sponsor has not officially designated a successor electronic page or source or information vendor or provider, the successor electronic page or source or information vendor or provider designated by the relevant information vendor or provider (if different from such sponsor) or any alternative electronic page or source designated by the Calculation Agent provided that if, in the case of (i) and (ii), the Calculation Agent determines that it is not necessary or appropriate for the Electronic Page to be any such successor electronic page or source or information vendor or provider, then the Electronic Page may be either the originally designated electronic page or source or such other electronic page or source as selected by the Calculation Agent. Where more than one Electronic Page is specified in respect of an Underlying and/or (if applicable) any component of such Underlying (however described in the relevant Underlying Asset Schedule), then the provisions of the preceding sentence shall be construed accordingly and (i) if there is any discrepancy between any relevant price or level displayed on the relevant Electronic Pages for a Valuation Date or an Averaging Date, as applicable, the relevant price or level selected by the Calculation Agent shall be used for such Valuation Date or Averaging Date, as applicable; and (ii) if any relevant price or level is not published on all of such Electronic Pages but is published on one or more of such Electronic Pages, the Calculation Agent shall use such published price or level for the purpose of determining any calculation or determination in respect of the Notes and no Disrupted Day shall be deemed to have occurred in respect of the failure to publish on the other Electronic Page(s).
Electronic Page means, in respect of a Underlying Interest Rate, the page specified as such in the applicable Final Terms.
