Electronic Payment Card means a debit card, stored value card, or credit card that allows a Participant to access funds in a flexible reimbursement arrangement to pay the service provider at the point-of-sale (i.e., the time a service or item is provided).

Examples of Electronic Payment Card in a sentence

  • Electronic Payment System means a payment system that generates any transfer of funds, other than a transaction originated by cash, check, or similar paper instrument, which is initiated through an electronic terminal, telephone, mobile phone, computer, or magnetic tape, for the purpose of ordering, instructing or authorizing a financial institution to debit or credit an account.
