If electronic hardware is procured in an individual Order under the Basic Contract, GSA encourages Contractors to participate in and to utilize the Electronic Products Environmental Assessment Tool (EPEAT).

The Trustee hereby grants to the Sponsor a non-exclusive, non-transferable revocable right and license to use the Electronic Products and Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
