Electronic Reserves definition

Electronic Reserves means a collection of links to Licensed Materials (e.g. journal articles) stored on the Secure Network by the Licensee for use by students in connection with specific courses of instruction offered by the Licensee to its students. *Note that where The Company of Biologists reproduces any material with the permission of other publishers, you must seek permission from the copyright holder before using such material in accordance with this section. Except as expressly provided for under this Copyright Policy, all copyright and other rights of The Company of Biologists in and to the Licensed Materials are reserved.
Electronic Reserves means electronic copies of materials (e.g., entries, articles from the Licensed Works) made and stored on the Secure Network by the Subscriber, if the Subscriber is an educational institution, for use by students in connection with a specific course of instruction offered by the Subscriber to its students.
