Electronics Distribution Date definition

Electronics Distribution Date means the date on which Tyco distributes all of the issued and outstanding shares of Electronics Common Stock to the holders of Tyco Common Stock.
Electronics Distribution Date has the meaning set forth in the Separation and Distribution Agreement.
