Electronics Group definition

Electronics Group means Electronics and each Person (other than any member of the Healthcare Group or the Tyco Group) that is a direct or indirect Subsidiary of Electronics immediately after the Effective Time, and each Person that becomes a Subsidiary of Electronics after the Effective Time, which shall include those entities identified as such on Schedule 1.1(65).
