Elevation Entity definition

Elevation Entity means any of: (i) Elevation, (ii) Elevation Employee Side Fund, LLC, (iii) Elevation Associates, L.P., the sole general partner of Elevation, (iv) Elevation Associates, LLC, the sole general partner of Elevation Associates, L.P. and of Elevation GP Participants, LP, (v) Elevation GP Participants, LP, a limited partner of Elevation Associates, L.P., and (vi) Elevation Management, LLC, the sole management company to Elevation, in each case so long as, with respect to such entity, such entity is under common control with Elevation.

Related to Elevation Entity

  • Partnership Entity means any of the Partnership Entities.

  • Company has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Partnership Subsidiary means (i) any entity of which a majority of the outstanding voting stock or voting power is beneficially owned directly or indirectly by the Partnership, or (ii) any partnership or limited liability company of which 50% or more of the capital and profits interest is owned, directly or indirectly, by the Partnership or by one or more Partnership Subsidiaries or by the Partnership and one or more Partnership Subsidiaries.

  • Partnership Group Member means any member of the Partnership Group.

  • MLP has the meaning given such term in the introduction to this Agreement.
