Eligibility Assessment definition

Eligibility Assessment means the process, conducted jointly by the Chief Compliance Officer and the Eligibility Assessment Expert, by which the eligibility of a Registered Complaint is considered.
Eligibility Assessment means a standardized tool used by Specialty Courts staff to evaluate a defendant’s risk and needs for purposes of determining whether a defendant is eligible for admission into a drug court.
Eligibility Assessment means an assessment of the Client’s Workers to identify Eligible Jobholders.

  • Customers who self-identify or are listed in the WIOA case management database as certified Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) participants should be referred to speak to a Career Planner (Case Manager) for any Reemployment and Eligibility Assessment (REA) or Worker Profiling and Reemployment Services.
