Eligibility Data definition

Eligibility Data means information demonstrating that an Employee or Employee’s Dependent is eligible for coverage under the Plan.
Eligibility Data means demographic information for each individual member enrolled for medical or pharmacy benefits for one or more days of coverage at any time during a reporting period.
Eligibility Data means client personal information as provided by ProviderOne system.
