Eligibility Determination Date definition
Eligibility Determination Date means the October 1st immediately preceding the Plan Year with respect to which an Employee who is eligible to participate in the Plan pursuant to the criteria set forth in Section 2 of the Plan may submit a Deferral Election.
Eligibility Determination Date means (a) for purposes of Section 3.1, with respect to any Plan Year, the November 1 of the preceding Plan Year, and (b) for purposes of Section 3.2, the June 15 immediately preceding the Mid-Year Election Period.
