Examples of Eligibility Funds in a sentence

  • Provided no Default or Event of Default exists, Lender shall disburse the Eligibility Funds with respect to a Property to Borrower upon (i) the sale of such Property and payment in full of the applicable Release Amount, (ii) upon such Property becoming an Eligible Property or (iii) upon the substitution of the applicable Disqualified Property with a Substitute Property in accordance with the conditions of Section 2.4.3(a).

  • Provided no Default or Event of Default exists, Lender shall disburse the Eligibility Funds with respect to a Property to Borrower upon (a) the sale of such Property and payment in full of the applicable Release Amount, (b) upon such Property becoming an Eligible Property or (c) upon the substitution of the applicable Disqualified Property with a Substitute Property in accordance with the conditions of Section 2.4.2(a).

  • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the Underwritten Net Cash Flow of any Property that is a Disqualified Property shall be zero for all purposes of this Agreement (other than Section 2.9) unless Borrower makes a deposit of Eligibility Funds into the Eligibility Reserves Subaccount in an amount equal to 100% of the Allocated Loan Amount for such Property.

  • Provided no Default or Event of Default exists, Lender shall disburse the Eligibility Funds with respect to a Property to Borrower upon (i) the sale of such Property and payment in full of the applicable Release Amount, (ii) upon such Property becoming an Eligible Property or (iii) upon the substitution of the applicable Disqualified Property with a Substitute Property in accordance with the conditions of Section 2.7.

  • Provided no Default or Event of Default exists, Administrative Agent shall disburse the Eligibility Funds with respect to a Property to Borrower upon (i) the sale of such Property and payment in full of the applicable Release Amount, (ii) upon such Property becoming an Eligible Property or (iii) upon the Substitution of the applicable Disqualified Property with a Substitute Property in accordance with the conditions of Section 2.4.3(a).

Related to Eligibility Funds

  • Designated Retirement Account means any retirement plan or account described or qualified under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or a subaccount thereof.

  • Individual retirement account means a trust, custodial arrangement, or annuity under Section 408(a) or (b), Internal Revenue Code of 1954 (26 U.S.C. Section 408 (1986)).

  • Eligible Funds On any Distribution Date, the portion, if any, of the Available Distribution Amount remaining after reduction by the sum of (i) the aggregate amount of Accrued Certificate Interest on the Senior Certificates, (ii) the Senior Principal Distribution Amount (determined without regard to Section 4.02(a)(ii)(Y)(D) of this Series Supplement), (iii) the Class A-P Principal Distribution Amount (determined without regard to Section 4.02(b)(i)(E) of this Series Supplement) and (iv) the aggregate amount of Accrued Certificate Interest on the Class M, Class B-1 and Class B-2 Certificates.

  • Program Funds means all funds that are required to be deposited into the Non-profit School Food Service Account.

  • Subsidy Funds With respect to any Subsidy Loans, funds contributed by the employer of a Mortgagor in order to reduce the payments required from the Mortgagor for a specified period in specified amounts.

  • Retirement Accounts has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1(F)(7) hereof.

  • Retirement Account means any retirement or pension fund or account, listed in Iowa Code section 627.6(8)“f” as exempt from execution, regardless of the amount of contribution, the interest generated, or the total amount in the fund or account.

  • Investment Funds means all monies and financial resources available for investment by the Authority, other than proceeds of bonds issued by the Authority.

  • Pre-Funding Account means the account designated as the Pre-Funding Account in, and which is established and maintained pursuant to Section 7.07.

  • Endowment fund means an institutional fund or part thereof that, under the terms of a gift instrument, is not wholly expendable by the institution on a current basis. The term does not include assets that an institution designates as an endowment fund for its own use.

  • Provident Fund means any fund (other than a pension fund, benefit fund or retirement annuity fund) which is approved by the Minister in respect of the year of assessment in question: Provided that the Minister may approve a fund subject to such limitations or conditions as he or she may determine, and shall not approve a fund in respect of any year of assessment unless he or she is in respect of that year of assessment satisfied -

  • Employer Account The Participant's Matching 401(k) Contributions Account, Matching Thrift Contributions Account, Employer Contributions Account, Qualified Matching Contributions Account and Qualified Nonelective Contributions Account, as the case may be.

  • Matching Account means the account maintained on the books of the Employer for the purpose of accounting for the Matching Amount and for the amount of investment return credited thereto for each Participant pursuant to Article V.

  • Matching Contribution Account means the separate, individual account established on behalf of a Participant to which the Matching Contributions made on such Participant's behalf are credited, together with all earnings and appreciation thereon, and against which are charged any withdrawals, loans and other distributions made from such account and any losses, depreciation or expenses allocable to amounts credited to such account.

  • ESOP Account means a Participant’s account to which are credited Matching Contributions made to the Plan after March 31, 1989, and earnings and losses thereon.

  • Participating Account a separate account investing all or a portion of its assets in the Trust, including the Account.

  • Employer Contribution Account means, for any Participant, the account established by the Administrator or Trustee to which Employer Contributions made under Section 3.5 for the Participant's benefit are credited.

  • Eligible Fund means an open-end fund managed by Xxxxxx and designated by the Boards as a fund that may be chosen by a Participant as a fund in which the Participant’s Account may be deemed to be invested.

  • Settlement Funds means Standard Settlement Funds and Maximizing Settlement Funds.

  • Company Contribution Account means (i) the sum of the Participant’s Company Contribution Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited or debited to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account in accordance with this Plan, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account.

  • Program fund means the program fund established under section 12D.4.

  • In-Service Account means a separate account to be kept for each Participant that has elected to take in-service distributions as described in Section 5.4. The In-Service Account shall be adjusted in the same manner and at the same time as the Deferred Compensation Account under Section 8 and in accordance with the rules and elections in effect under Section 8.

  • Principal Funding Account Balance means, with respect to any date of determination during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Funding Account on such date of determination.

  • Investment Account As defined in Section 3.12(a).

  • Rollover Account means the account established hereunder to which amounts transferred from a qualified plan or individual retirement account in accordance with Section 4.6 are allocated.
