Eligibility Test. The term "
Eligibility Test means the test to determine the eligibility of a Receivable for the purposes of Section 1.13 hereof, that test, being as follows: no payment due on said Receivable remains unpaid more than sixty (60) days from the specific date on which such payment was due pursuant to the terms of said Receivable.
Eligibility Test shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(a)(iii) of Schedule A attached hereto.

More Definitions of Eligibility Test

Eligibility Test means satisfaction of the following additional tests to determine the eligibility of a Receivable for purposes of being an Eligible Receivable:

The possible results to an RDDS test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the RTT or undefined/unanswered.

  • EPP test Means one EPP command sent to a particular “IP address” for one of the EPP servers. Query and transform commands, with the exception of “create”, shall be about existing objects in the Registry System. The response shall include appropriate data from the Registry System. The possible results to an EPP test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the “EPP command RTT” or undefined/unanswered.

  • Eligibility Date means, with respect to each Borrower and Guarantor and each Swap, the date on which this Agreement or any Other Document becomes effective with respect to such Swap (for the avoidance of doubt, the Eligibility Date shall be the Effective Date of such Swap if this Agreement or any Other Document is then in effect with respect to such Borrower or Guarantor, and otherwise it shall be the Effective Date of this Agreement and/or such Other Document(s) to which such Borrower or Guarantor is a party).

  • Net Benefits Test means a calculation to determine whether the benefits of a reduction in price resulting from the dispatch of Economic Load Response exceeds the cost to other loads resulting from the billing unit effects of the load reduction, as specified in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 3.3A.4 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 3.3A.4.

  • Collateral Quality Test means a test that is satisfied if, as of any date of determination, in the aggregate, the Collateral Loans owned (or in relation to a proposed acquisition of a Collateral Loan, both owned and proposed to be owned) by the Borrower satisfy each of the tests set forth below, calculated in each case in accordance with Section 1.3:

  • Performance Test means all operational checks and tests required to determine the performance parameters including inter-alia capacity, efficiency and operating characteristics of the Stores as specified in the Contract.
