Eligibility Test. The term "
Eligibility Test means the test to determine the eligibility of a Receivable for the purposes of Section 1.13 hereof, that test, being as follows: no payment due on said Receivable remains unpaid more than sixty (60) days from the specific date on which such payment was due pursuant to the terms of said Receivable.
Eligibility Test shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(a)(iii) of Schedule A attached hereto.

Eligibility Test means satisfaction of the following additional tests to determine the eligibility of a Receivable for purposes of being an Eligible Receivable:

Eligibility Test means such conditions and/or restrictions that the Manager may determine in the relevant Supplemental Deed of a Fund inrespect of any investment in that Fund, or the subscription to Units within the Classes of Units in that Fund.

Queries with an RTT 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. The possible results to an RDDS test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the RTT or undefined/unanswered.

  • EPP test Means one EPP command sent to a particular “IP address” for one of the EPP servers. Query and transform commands, with the exception of “create”, shall be about existing objects in the Registry System. The response shall include appropriate data from the Registry System. The possible results to an EPP test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the “EPP command RTT” or undefined/unanswered.

  • Eligibility Date means the date you become eligible for insurance under this plan. The Eligibility Requirements are shown in the Schedule of Benefits.

  • Coverage Tests means each of the Overcollateralization Ratio Test and the Interest Coverage Ratio Test.

  • Quantitative fit test or "QNFT" means an assessment of the adequacy of respirator fit by numerically measuring the amount of leakage into the respirator.

  • Retirement Eligibility means attainment of age 60 and completion of at least five (5) years of continuous service with the Company.

  • Fit test means the use of a protocol to qualitatively or quantitatively evaluate the fit of a respirator on an individual.

  • COVID-19 test means a viral test for SARS-CoV-2 that is:

  • Class C Coverage Tests means the Class C Interest Coverage Test and the Class C Par Value Test.

  • Eligibility Determination means an approval or denial of eligibility and a renewal or termination of eligibility as set forth in OAR 410-200-0015;¶

  • Net Benefits Test means a calculation to determine whether the benefits of a reduction in price resulting from the dispatch of Economic Load Response exceeds the cost to other loads resulting from the billing unit effects of the load reduction, as specified in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 3.3A.4 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 3.3A.4.

  • Collateral Quality Test A test satisfied as of the Effective Date and any other date thereafter on which such test is required to be determined hereunder if, in the aggregate, the Collateral Obligations owned (or in relation to a proposed purchase of a Collateral Obligation, both owned and proposed to be owned) by the Issuer satisfy each of the tests set forth below (or, after the Effective Date, if any such test is not satisfied at the time of reinvestment, the level of compliance with such test is maintained or improved as described in the Investment Criteria):

  • Performance Test means all operational checks and tests required to determine the performance parameters including inter-alia capacity, efficiency and operating characteristics of the Stores as specified in the Contract.

  • Waiver eligibility span means the twelve-month period following either an individual's initial waiver enrollment date or a subsequent eligibility re- determination date.

  • Class C Interest Coverage Test means the test which will apply as of any Measurement Date occurring on and after the Determination Date immediately preceding the second Payment Date and which will be satisfied on such Measurement Date if the Class C Interest Coverage Ratio is at least equal to 110.0 per cent.
