Eligible business activity means that:- (a) the Applicant is engaged in or proposes to engage in a Commercial Activity in the United Kingdom; (b) where the Lender, having made Due Enquiry, is aware that the Applicant receives or will receive income from sources other than its Commercial Activity, in the Lender's Opinion, as at the Date of Application, more than 50% of the income of that Applicant is or will be derived from Commercial Activity; and (c) the Commercial Activity which the Applicant is engaged in or proposes to engage in, as determined by the Lender, acting in accordance with Normal Commercial Lending Practice, and as evidenced by such information as is required from time to time by the Secretary of State as part of the Scheme Website Application Process, is accepted as being an Eligible Purpose;
